The Colosseum hypogeum was one of the levels I worked on during the production of the Order of Giants DLC.
I worked on this level from the early blockout stage all the way to shipping it.

This gallery focuses on the initial area of the hypogeum, as the players make their way to Abgal's room.
My responsibilities included helping out LD with early blockouts as well as iterating on the layout to find a balance between the very limited time we had and the goals that we had for this area. Once that was done, I did the architectural pass, all the environment modeling and most of the material creation, material blending, set dressing, decal pass as well as the final pass of polishing and bug fixing/optimizing the area before shipping.
This was, as I mentioned, built on a super short deadline so shout out to George McLay for some of the floors which he made for the main game and I was able to reuse in this area with a small material tweak as well as to Vytautas Katarzis whose rock kit from the main game I used in the entrance section of this area.
